My guarantee is plain and simple.  You satisfaction is guaranteed!.  If you purchase something from my website and you are not completely happy with it, send it back and I will refund your money.  All of it, including shipping.

Me turnings are also garanteed for life.  The turning part.  If it ever cracks, warps, chips, discolors return it.  I will replace it for free.

Disclaimer

The wood turning is guaranteed for life!.   All wood contains moisture.  I go though great lengths to ensure that the wood was properly aged and dried. But even with all the precautions I take there is a chance that the would will develop a crack or warp.  If this ever happens just send it back and I will send you a new one.  Now for the disclaimer. All the pens I sell are plated.  Over time the plaiting ages.  On some pens it fades on others scratches develop.  Many folks say that these changes add to the character of the pen.  Some say it ruins the pen.  Because I have to purchase the pen parts from a supplier, I will gladly rebuild you a new pen for the cost of the parts. 

One last point.  Pens run out of ink.  For most of my pens, refills can be purchased at an office supply store. Or you can order refills on line. The is a refil chart on the resource page that can help you determine the correct refil for your pen.  

Some examples to illustrate my Guarantee

A crack in the turning on a blood wod pen - replaced free.
	A warp in a bowl - replace free.  This was was never sold.  The warp occurred during aging and could not be corrected.
Faded gold plating - replaced at cost.
